Jamie Martin
Jamie Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Endicott College, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with a focus on Health Care Management and is a licensed social worker. She has worked in the skilled nursing facility industry since 2004 and in a Director of Admissions/Marketing and Clinical Liaison role since 2012. As a clinical liaison she is responsible for hospital and community management and evaluation of patients seeking admission for short term rehab and long term care to CareOne facilities. She has been able to utilize her experience and skills to assist patients and their families navigate the often-confusing transition from the hospital or community to a rehab or long term care setting.
